Coronavirus (covid-19) support
If you are currently pregnant, I can only imagine how you must be feeling. With so much changing on a daily basis in maternity care, you must be feeling overwhelmed and anxious with it all.
Maybe you’ve just had your baby and you’re feeling lonely and wondering where to turn for more virtual support?
This page is here to help you in feeling better about what’s going on and where to turn if you need further support. And of course please do get in touch with me if you need to talk. My number is 07968 181784.

ANTENATAL RESOURCES
So this series of videos, How to Have a Baby in a hospital during the coronavirus, has been created by myself and the wonderful Natalie Meddings (author of How to Have a Baby and Why Home Birth Matters) to bring you some calm during your pregnancy and birth and really understand the feelings of labour so you can feel more prepared and empowered wherever you have your baby. There is just over three hours of free antenatal preparation with us.
Natalie’s thoughts on her facebook page tellmeagoodbirthstory are also calming and informative and well worth a read.
Milli Hill from the Positive Birth Movement and Sophie Fletcher from Mindful Mamma Hypnobirthing have put together a very affordable Positive Birth Rescue Pack
This is me taking part in a brilliant campaign by Michelle Quashie who has got birthworkers sharing their BirthGems2020 so please check out the hashtag…
What are my rights?
Your birth might be imminent and you may have restrictions being placed on your care, so where do you turn to for help?
These organisations are working hard to protect women’s birth rights at this time and always.

Postnatal support
My online postnatal course, earthside, has recently launched and is an extensive guide to support you in the early weeks of becoming a new Mum. A donation based course, please go to my page to find out more.
Lots of doulas are still offering postnatal support, virtually, to answer questions, support with feeding and do anything they can to make you feel more at ease at this time. Please go to Doula UK to look for doulas in your area.
If you are struggling with your mental health, please do reach out to someone. PANDAS who my online course supports, is a great place to start.
