FAQ
When is the best time to start this course?
This course is accessible to you if you’re pregnant or you’ve just had your baby. The mix of text and videos means you can take it in in a way that suits you and that might be scrolling during night feeds or listening to me while you’re having a cuppa. However if you are still pregnant, it can be great to prepare for the postnatal period ahead of time and each section has some reflective questions at the end to help you build a postnatal plan.
As a pregnant Mum, I don’t feel I have much headspace for this right now, how long will it take me to read/watch?
That’s one of the reasons I love this course. It’s in 13 manageable sections, which are all easy to access through the main menu so you can dip in and out as you need to. The text is also good for when you’ve got a bit of time to scroll and the videos can be accessed anytime you feel like a cup of tea and a virtual doula cuddle. As much as this is packed full of great information, it’s done in a way that is easy to take in, with signposts to further reading completely optional. You could take the whole course in through a slow day at home.
What if it doesn’t answer all my questions?
Then please do get in touch with me, I would be more than happy to help you further.
I’m having a planned c birth and don’t want to breastfeed, would this course still be relevant to me?
Yes absolutely. Birth is birth and women go through the same emotional rollercoaster however they birth. I have also included additional info for c birth mamas and a bottle feeding section. This course is about you as a mother, not how you choose to birth or feed your baby.
How much does it cost?
